Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your number and forward calls to the AI, either when the line is busy, after a few rings, or always.

What if the AI doesn't understand someone?

It asks again, like staff would. If it still can't help, it takes their name and number and tells you to call them back.

Does it work with Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats?

Phone, WhatsApp and QR orders come to you directly. Syncing your menu to delivery apps depends on each app's partner rules, and we're working on it. Ask us about your setup.

Which TVs work?

Any TV with an HDMI port. Many smart TVs can also open the menu page in their own browser, with no stick at all.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The screens keep showing the last menu. Calls still reach the AI, because they go over the phone network.

Can I speak to it in Turkish?

Yes. You can manage everything in Turkish, English or German, and your customers can call in their own language.

Do you only work in the UK?

We set up shops in the UK and Germany, fully remotely. Germany demos are in German.
